1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeetbaze website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game offered on the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using jeetbaze and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with jeetbaze in any capacity. 3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jeetbaze. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeetbaze reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and forfeit any remaining balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify jeetbaze immediately at support@jeetbaze or via the live chat function on your account dashboard. jeetbaze strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to protect your account.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

jeetbaze reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jeetbaze supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and jeetbaze reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• jeetbaze does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jeetbaze accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jeetbaze may conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation in such cases.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfers may take up to two business days.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the account holder has completed identity and age verification to jeetbaze's satisfaction.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Details of wagering requirements are provided in each individual promotion's terms.
• jeetbaze reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of fraud, anti-money laundering, or responsible gaming checks.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jeetbaze are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall take precedence.

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Validity

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by jeetbaze's systems. A confirmation reference number or acknowledgment message displayed on screen constitutes confirmation of acceptance. jeetbaze reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error.

5.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

jeetbaze reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical system faults. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. jeetbaze will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly.

5.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games available on jeetbaze — including slots, table games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The random number generators (RNGs) underlying these games are independently audited for fairness. jeetbaze does not control the outcome of any individual game round and accepts no liability for game outcomes beyond returning provably fair results.

5.5 Live Betting

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of jeetbaze, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using jeetbaze for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. jeetbaze has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.
• Match fixing and corruption: Placing bets on any sporting event where you have knowledge of or are involved in the manipulation of the outcome. jeetbaze actively monitors for suspicious betting patterns and reports irregular activity to relevant sporting bodies.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, software, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit the platform, gain unfair advantage, or circumvent betting limits or game rules.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, modify, disrupt, or damage jeetbaze's systems, networks, software, or data.
• Underage access: Knowingly allowing, facilitating, or encouraging a person under 18 years of age to access or use your account.

jeetbaze reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take immediate protective action, including freezing account balances, suspending access, and involving law enforcement where appropriate. Any funds in a frozen account will remain unavailable pending the outcome of the investigation.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jeetbaze account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jeetbaze or via the live chat function on your account dashboard. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — jeetbaze offers a dedicated self-exclusion facility that prevents account access for a defined period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed during its duration. 8.3 Closure by jeetbaze

jeetbaze reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or prohibited conduct, failure to pass verification, prolonged account inactivity (exceeding 12 consecutive months with no wagering activity), or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In the case of closure due to breach of Terms, jeetbaze reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and may permanently forfeit funds where fraudulent conduct is established.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jeetbaze will attempt to notify dormant account holders via the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with jeetbaze's dormancy procedures as communicated to the player at the time of notification.
